24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,
And to present you faultless
Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,
25 To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty,
Dominion and power,
Both now and forever. Amen. (Jude 24-25 NKJV)
I have always been very fascinated by technology and I love to read about how things work. Whenever I read this scripture, I think of conveyor belts. The word ‘convey’ means to send or transmit; therefore, a conveyor is something that sends or transmits. Conveyor belts, mostly used in industry, convey products or raw materials through the use of either friction or mounts on the belt meant to hold the product in place as the belt moves. As the conveyor belt moves its product, the product stays around one place on the conveyor. Many times, twists or turns are put in conveyors; these are facilitated by cone shaped rotors or wheels, which allow the conveyor to turn.
Jesus is like a conveyor belt. He is able and willing to keep us from falling and to present us blameless before God the Father. As long as you remain in Him, He will deliver you to the Father, just like the product placed on the conveyor belt. Now if the product somehow moves off the conveyor belt, it will not get to its destination. Remain in Him.
